Giacomo Satalino

Giacomo Satalino is an Italian goalkeeper born in Putignano on 20 May 1999. He began in the Esperia Monopoli youth system before joining Fiorentina in 2013, later becoming the club’s Under-19 first-choice goalkeeper. Satalino also spent time around Fiorentina’s senior squad, appearing on the bench without making a first-team appearance. In July 2017, he moved to Sassuolo and continued his development with the Under-19 side. His senior career began with a 2019–20 loan to Renate, where he made his professional debut, followed by spells with Cesena and Monopoli. Loans to Carrarese and Reggiana then brought further Serie C and Serie B experience, including nine Serie B appearances for Reggiana in 2023–24. Satalino made his Serie A debut for Sassuolo against Milan on 22 May 2022, entering late in a 3–0 defeat.
