Grigori Morozov

Grigori Morozov is a Russian defender born in Izhevsk on June 6, 1994. He developed at Akademiya Tolyatti and made his professional debut in the Russian Second Division in 2012. Morozov joined Dynamo Moscow in 2013, later establishing himself in the Russian Premier League and showing versatility across the full-back positions. He scored on his top-flight debut against Lokomotiv Moscow in 2015 and helped Dynamo win the 2016/17 Russian First League title after relegation. Across his Dynamo spell, he made 119 appearances and scored four goals in all competitions, before spending the 2020/21 season on loan at Ufa. After leaving Dynamo in February 2022, Morozov moved to Celje, scoring four goals in 12 matches during his first half-season. He has also represented Russia at under-17 and under-21 level and is currently registered with Maccabi Netanya.
