Guy Melamed

Guy Melamed is an Israeli forward born in Ra’anana on 21 December 1992. He developed in the Hapoel Kfar Saba system before establishing himself with Maccabi Petah Tikva, where he became a regular top-flight attacking option between 2014 and 2017. In the 2016–17 campaign, Melamed made 31 appearances as his progression continued. He moved to Hapoel Be’er Sheva in 2017, gaining experience with a club competing under title pressure. In 2020, Melamed joined Scottish Premiership side St Johnstone, adapting to a more physical style and helping the club win its historic 2020–21 domestic cup double. He later returned to Israel and joined Maccabi Haifa in early 2025. Melamed remains part of Haifa’s attacking group, offering centre-forward play with the ability to operate across the front line.
