Giovani Lo Celso

Giovani Lo Celso is an Argentina international attacking midfielder from Rosario who favours his left foot. He developed at Rosario Central and made his league debut against Vélez Sarsfield in July 2015. In 2016, Lo Celso moved to Paris Saint-Germain, where he won domestic honours before developing further during his spell with Real Betis. His performances in Seville led to a move to Tottenham Hotspur in 2019, after which he also spent loan periods with Villarreal. Lo Celso returned to Real Betis permanently in August 2024, continuing to operate as a creative midfielder who can progress the ball, combine in the final third and contribute defensive work. For Argentina, he has supplied midfield creativity, including the match-winning assist for Lautaro Martínez in the 2024 Copa América final.
