Geoffrey Didace Lembet

Geoffrey Didace Lembet is a goalkeeper born in Villeuneuve-St-Georges, France, on 23 September 1988. He developed at ES Viry-Châtillon before joining Sedan in 2007, where he progressed into professional football and made his debut in 2010. Lembet moved to Auxerre in 2013, initially providing cover before spending much of his spell as a deputy. Seeking greater playing opportunities, he joined Red Star in 2016, then Laval in 2017. He returned to Sedan in 2019, and his 13 consecutive clean sheets to open the 2019–20 National 2 season became a notable achievement. In 2023, he joined Rennes as an experienced goalkeeper, although he did not make a competitive first-team appearance. Lembet has also represented the Central African Republic and later moved to Nancy.
