Geoffrey Edwin Kondogbia

Geoffrey Edwin Kondogbia is a defensive midfielder born in Nemours, France, on 15 February 1993. He developed at FC Nandy and US Sénart-Moissy before joining the RC Lens academy at age 11. Kondogbia made his professional debut for Lens in 2010 and moved to Sevilla in 2012. He joined Monaco in 2013, then transferred to Inter in 2015 and Valencia in 2017, where he helped win the 2019 Copa del Rey. In 2020, he moved to Atlético Madrid and contributed to their 2020–21 La Liga title before returning to France with Marseille in 2023. Internationally, he won the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup with France, later changed allegiance to the Central African Republic, and has represented that nation. At Marseille, Geoffrey Kondogbia offers experience in midfield, combining defensive coverage with ball progression and helping his side build from deeper positions.
