Grady George Diangana bursts from the wing, attacks space and runs beyond the line to threaten the back post for Elche. Diangana broke through at West Ham in 2018 with a brace and became a regular under Pellegrini. Diangana then drove a move forward. On loan at West Brom in 2019/20, he contributed goals and assists to win promotion. The 2023 international debut with DR Congo added another dimension to his profile. He joined Elche in 2025, fitting a neutral-to-high tempo system and keeping a high passing completion. Grady Diangana often acts as an advanced No. 8, linking play with one-touch layoffs and carrying the ball into the final third. He presses high and finishes moves by getting shots off quickly.
