Gennaro Borrelli

Gennaro Borrelli is an Italian forward born in Campobasso on 10 March 2000. Standing 194 centimetres tall, he developed in Pescara’s youth system and reached the senior side in 2019. He made his Serie B debut against Crotone on 27 September that year. Loans to Cosenza and Juve Stabia preceded a productive spell with Monopoli in Serie C during 2021–22. Borrelli then returned to Serie B with Frosinone, contributing to the club’s 2022–23 promotion-winning campaign. After joining Brescia on loan, he continued his development there before the move became permanent in 2024. He subsequently moved to Cagliari, where he is registered for a further Serie A challenge. At 194 centimetres, Borrelli offers a powerful central presence, competing aerially, protecting the ball and providing a target for direct attacks.
