Flávio Basilua Jacinto Nazinho

Flávio Nazinho is a Portuguese defender born in Almada on 20 July 2003. He developed in the Sporting CP academy but, when commuting became difficult, continued his youth football with Monte Caparica, Leão Altivo, Cova da Piedade and Pescadores. At 14, Nazinho joined SC Braga, then returned to Sporting CP in 2018 after impressing against the club in an exhibition match. Originally a winger, he was converted into a left-back under Ruben Amorim and signed a professional contract in 2021. He made his Sporting first-team debut as a late substitute against Borussia Dortmund in the 2021 Champions League, before starting his first league match against Boavista. Nazinho moved to Cercle Brugge on loan in 2023 and made 22 appearances in 2023–24. He is currently listed with Monaco.
