Luiz Felipe Ventura dos Santos

Felipe, whose full name is Luiz Felipe Ventura dos Santos, is a Brazilian goalkeeper born in Rio de Janeiro on 22 February 1984. He developed through Brazilian football before establishing himself at Corinthians, where he became the club’s first-choice goalkeeper. With Corinthians, Felipe helped win the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B in 2008 and the Campeonato Paulista in 2009. He later joined Flamengo, where his penalty save on debut in a friendly against Londrina marked an immediate impact. In 2011, Felipe was named the Campeonato Carioca’s best goalkeeper after decisive penalty saves during the competition. He subsequently continued his career with Figueirense before moving into European football. Felipe is now listed with FC Differdange 03, extending a career that has carried him from Brazil to Luxembourg.
