Facundo Daniel Torres Pérez

Facundo Daniel Torres Pérez is a Uruguayan forward born in La Paz on April 13, 2000. He developed with La Paz Wanderers and Defensor Sporting before Peñarol recruited him from a regional youth side at age 10. At Peñarol, Torres made his senior debut in 2020 under Diego Forlán and scored soon after entering the match. He helped the club win the 2021 Uruguayan Primera División title and reach the Copa Sudamericana semi-finals. Torres moved to Orlando City SC in 2022, becoming a creative wide attacker and scoring twice in the U.S. Open Cup final as Orlando won its first major MLS-era trophy. He then joined Palmeiras in 2025 and featured in its Copa Libertadores campaign and FIFA Club World Cup debut. In 2026, Torres returned to MLS with Austin, offering left-footed chance creation from wide or central areas.
