Fran Tomek

Fran Tomek is a Croatian midfielder born in Zagreb on 25 June 2002. He developed in the Dinamo Zagreb system after joining from Inter Zaprešić at 11, progressing through the club’s youth ranks. Tomek then moved into senior football with Dinamo Zagreb II, making 26 appearances and using the reserve side as a bridge to professional football. In 2022/23, he had a brief spell at HNK Gorica, where he made one appearance, before spending two seasons with NK Dubrava Tim kabel. At Dubrava, Tomek made 25 appearances and scored twice in 2023/24, adding an attacking dimension to his midfield work. He joined FC Koper in January 2024 and established himself in Slovenia, including starts in both legs against Željezničar in the 2025/26 UEFA Conference League qualifiers. Tomek has also represented Croatia at under-17 and under-20 level.
