Filippo Rinaldi

Filippo Rinaldi is an Italian goalkeeper born on 4 December 2002. He developed with Celtic Boys Pratina before joining Parma in 2016, where he progressed through the club’s youth system. Promoted to Parma’s senior squad as a third-choice goalkeeper in 2020–21, Rinaldi trained during Gianluigi Buffon’s return to the club. Parma then used a succession of loans to build his experience: he played for Montevarchi in 2021–22, Piacenza in 2022–23, Olbia in 2023–24, and Feralpisalò in 2024–25. After returning to Parma in 2025, he made his Serie A debut against Napoli on 14 January 2026. Rinaldi kept a clean sheet in the goalless draw, making several important saves to preserve the point. He has also been involved with Italy’s under-21 side. As a proactive goalkeeper, Rinaldi contributes to build-up play and uses his positioning to support the defence.
