Franco Negri

Franco Negri is an Argentine left-back born in San Martín. He began his development with San Lorenzo in 2012. Negri made his professional debut for Quilmes in October 2016 in a 1–0 win over Lanús. After that loan, he joined Independiente Rivadavia, where he scored five goals in 57 appearances before making the move permanent in 2018. A brief spell at Belgrano preceded his arrival at Newell's Old Boys in 2021, followed by a 2022 season with Godoy Cruz that brought 32 appearances. Negri moved to Inter Miami in January 2023 and was part of the squad that won the Leagues Cup, but a right ACL injury against Philadelphia Union in June ended his season. After returning, he joined San Diego FC for its inaugural 2025 season before moving to Houston Dynamo in 2026, where he continues as a left-sided defender.
