Filip Najdovski

Filip Najdovski is a North Macedonian midfielder born in Skopje on 13 September 1992. He developed in the youth system of Cementarnica 55 before beginning his senior career with the club and later joining Napredok in 2010. After spells with Teteks and Pobeda, Najdovski moved to Vardar Skopje in 2018. He helped Vardar win the Macedonian First Football League title in the 2019–20 season. In August 2020, he transferred to Tirana, where he became an established member of the Albanian side. Najdovski helped Tirana claim the Kategoria Superiore title in 2021–22 and the Albanian Supercup in 2022, while also featuring in UEFA qualifying matches. He returned to Vardar Skopje in 2024, continuing a career that has included duties as a holding midfielder and, when required, a deeper defensive player.
