Faris Pemi Moumbagna

Faris Pemi Moumbagna is a Cameroonian centre-forward, born in Yaoundé, who operates from the left foot. He developed in Cameroon before moving through the United States and Norway, where his physical running and penalty-area presence became central to his game. Moumbagna joined FK Bodø/Glimt and enjoyed a breakthrough 2023 season, scoring 15 goals and supplying four assists in the Eliteserien as the club won the Norwegian title. His performances earned a move to Marseille in January 2024, adding a Ligue 1 and European stage to his progression. For Marseille, he scored against Benfica in the Europa League quarter-finals and produced a 96th-minute overhead kick to draw 2–2 with Toulouse. Moumbagna made his senior Cameroon debut against Mauritius in November 2023 and was selected for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations. Standing 1.85 metres, he combines strength, speed and left-footed finishing while continuing to develop his link play and decision-making.
