Francis Momoh

Francis Momoh is a Nigerian forward, born on 25 March 2001 in Kaduna. He began his professional career with Heartland FC before moving to Switzerland and joining Grasshopper Club Zurich in August 2019. Momoh adapted through the club’s reserve side, scoring four goals in five matches during the 2020–21 season. In February 2022, he made his first senior start against FC Zurich, then scored twice against Lausanne-Sport a week later. A serious right-knee injury requiring surgery disrupted the following campaign, but he returned in 2023–24 and recorded his first senior hat-trick in a 5–2 win over Stade Lausanne Ouchy. In 2024, Momoh moved to FC LNZ Cherkasy, where he scored twice during the 2024–25 season. He subsequently joined FC Winterthur and is described as a versatile attacker who can lead the line or operate from wider areas.
