Filip Marchwiński

Filip Marchwiński is a Polish attacking midfielder born in Poznań on 10 January 2002. He developed at UKS Skórzewo before joining the Lech Poznań academy. Marchwiński made his senior Lech debut in December 2018 and scored in a 6–0 victory over Zagłębie Sosnowiec. He gradually established himself in the first team, contributing eight goals and five assists in 28 Ekstraklasa games during the 2023–24 season. His performances led to a move to Italian club Lecce in July 2024, and he is now listed with Cracovia Krakow. Marchwiński also received senior international recognition, debuting for Poland as a substitute in a 2–0 win over the Faroe Islands on 12 October 2023. At 1.87 metres, he operates between midfield and attack, using movement between the lines, ball control and forward runs to influence the final third.
