Frane Maglica

Frane Maglica is a Croatian defender, born in Split on 2 July 1997, who stands 1.90 metres tall. He began his development in Hajduk Split’s academy before joining RNK Split, where he spent four years from 2011 to 2015. Maglica then moved through Dinamo Zagreb B and NK Dugopolje, building senior experience in Croatia’s lower divisions. His career later took him to Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he represented Zrinjski Mostar and HŠK Posušje in the Premier League. After a spell with Slaven Belupo, he returned to Croatia and joined NK Varaždin in July 2024. At Varaždin, Maglica has been used primarily on the right side of defence, with his height supporting aerial work while his positioning and forward involvement add balance to the flank.
