Flavius David Daniliuc
Flavius David Daniliuc is an Austrian centre-back born in Vienna on 27 April 2001. He developed with Admira Wacker Mödling and Rapid Wien before joining Real Madrid’s academy in 2011 and Bayern Munich’s youth system in 2014. Initially a winger at Madrid, Daniliuc moved into central defence in Germany and later captained Bayern’s under-19 side. He left Bayern for OGC Nice on a free transfer in summer 2020, making his professional debut against Paris Saint-Germain and also covering at right-back. In 2022, Daniliuc moved to Salernitana in Serie A, then spent a loan period with Hellas Verona. The 1.88-metre defender joined FC Basel 1893 in 2025, adding Swiss football to his experience in France, Italy and Austria. Daniliuc has also represented Austria internationally during his development. His career reflects positional flexibility, passing ability and experience across varied European systems.
