Fabien Centonze

Fabien Centonze is a French defender who operates primarily at right-back or right wing-back. Born in Voiron on 16 January 1996, he developed through the youth systems of Grenoble and Thonon Évian before making his professional debut for Évian in 2015. He then joined Clermont Foot, where he established himself as a regular Ligue 2 defender and accumulated more than 60 appearances. In 2018, Centonze moved to Lens, continuing his progression before stepping into Ligue 1 with Metz in 2019. At Metz, he became a reliable wide defender, combining interceptions, tackling and recovery work with overlapping runs and crosses. Centonze joined Nantes in September 2022 and later made his UEFA Europa League debut against Juventus in February 2023. A loan spell at Verona in 2024 added Serie A experience before his return to Nantes.
