Fredrik André Bjørkan

Fredrik André Bjørkan is a Norwegian left-back who developed in Bodø/Glimt’s youth system after joining the club in 2013. He made his professional debut in April 2016, appearing in a 6–0 Norwegian Cup victory over IF Fløya. Bjørkan helped Bodø/Glimt win the OBOS-ligaen in 2017 before contributing to consecutive Eliteserien titles in 2020 and 2021. In December 2021, he moved to Hertha BSC, beginning a spell in the Bundesliga, and later joined Feyenoord on loan in August 2022. The loan ended early, and he returned to Bodø/Glimt in January 2023, where he resumed his role on the left and won further league titles in 2023 and 2024. A Norway international, Bjørkan is known for his left-footed play as a defender who supports build-up and provides energy along the flank.
