Festim Alidema

Festim Alidema is a Kosovo forward from Pozheran who operates primarily in wide attacking positions. He developed with KF Vllaznia Pozheran before joining KF Llapi in January 2018, making his senior breakthrough in Kosovo’s top flight. In July 2019, Alidema moved to Croatian club Slaven Belupo and made his league debut against Varaždin that August. He later spent time on loan with Hrvatski Dragovoljac and returned to Kosovo with Drita in 2020. His subsequent career included spells in Albania with KF Erzeni and KF Pogradeci before he rejoined the Kosovo Superleague with Ballkani in 2025. Alidema was called into a Kosovo national-team training camp in June 2019, although he did not appear in the cited Euro 2020 qualifying matches. At Ballkani, Festim Alidema offers wide movement, technical link play and the option to cut inside from the flank.
