Edmilson de Paula Santos Filho
Edmilson de Paula Santos Filho leads the line, attacking space and running beyond the line to stretch defences. Edmilson began in Europe with Marco 09, then moved to Vilaverdense where he helped secure promotion. He learned the demands of higher competition. Turning point arrived with NK Celje, where he scored 12 league goals and helped clinch the Slovenian PrvaLiga title. Edmilson then joined FC Kairat in 2025 and scored a historic consolation in their Champions League debut. As a centre-forward, Edmilson attacks space, pins centre-backs, and links play with one-touch layoffs. His aerial presence and physical duels set the platform for long-ball transitions. Edmilson finishes moves and gets shots off quickly.
