Edon Zhegrova

Edon Zhegrova is a Kosovo international midfielder born in Herford, Germany, on 31 March 1999. He developed his technique in Pristina and trained with Standard Liège and Sint-Truiden before Genk gave him his professional contract after he turned 18. Zhegrova made his Belgian top-flight debut for Genk in September 2017, then moved to Switzerland, initially joining FC Basel 1893 on loan before making the transfer permanent. At Basel, he established himself as a dribbler and helped the club win the Swiss Cup in 2018–19. In January 2022, Zhegrova moved to Lille, where he developed into a high-impact attacking player and contributed 12 goals and 10 assists in competitions during 2023–24. His Champions League displays, including a goal against Atlético Madrid in a comeback win, preceded his move to Juventus in September 2025. He continues to represent Kosovo while bringing ball-carrying and one-on-one creativity to Juventus.
