Ediz Spahiu

Ediz Spahiu is a North Macedonian forward who developed in the youth system of FC Shkëndija. In the 2019/20 season, he represented Shkëndija in the UEFA Youth League, gaining early continental experience. He moved to KF Gostivari in August 2020, beginning his senior career and building experience in North Macedonia’s league system. Spahiu joined GFK Tikveš in August 2021 and spent several seasons developing from a rotational option into a more prominent attacker. He scored nine goals in the 2023/24 Macedonian First League campaign. In January 2025, Spahiu moved to FK Vardar Skopje, where he has been used as a centre-forward and on either wing. He also featured in the 2025 UEFA Conference League qualifying rounds and has represented North Macedonia at under-19 and under-21 level.
