Elvis Rexhbeçaj

Elvis Rexhbeçaj is a midfielder born in Gjonaj, Kosovo, on 1 November 1997. He moved to Germany as a child and began playing in the youth system of Brandenburger SC Süd 05 before joining VfL Wolfsburg’s academy in 2010. Rexhbeçaj progressed through Wolfsburg’s youth levels and signed his first professional contract in 2017. He made his Bundesliga debut for Wolfsburg against Hannover 96 on 28 January 2018. To gain regular senior football, he spent a loan spell with 1. FC Köln and later joined VfL Bochum on loan, establishing himself as a dependable Bundesliga midfielder. In 2022, Rexhbeçaj moved to FC Augsburg on a permanent transfer. He later chose to represent Kosovo, making his international debut against Romania on 6 September 2024.
