Eldar Kuliev

Eldar Kuliev is a Ukrainian midfielder born in Kyiv on 24 March 2002. He developed in Ukraine’s youth system, spending time with Dynamo Kyiv, Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, Arsenal Kyiv and Shakhtar Donetsk. Kuliev made his Ukrainian Premier League debut for Mariupol on 25 October 2020 against Inhulets Petrove. In 2021, he joined FC Mynai and continued his development in top-flight football. In February 2023, Kuliev moved abroad to Azerbaijan, joining Zira and competing in domestic and European qualifying matches. He has been used across midfield, including attacking, central and deeper roles, linking possession between defence and attack while contributing to team structure. Kuliev has also represented Ukraine at under-21 and under-23 level, and is currently listed with Saburtalo.
