Eduardas Jurjonas

Eduardas Jurjonas is a Lithuanian defender who has progressed through domestic development sides into senior football. Born on 30 May 2004, he came through Lithuanian youth football and gained early experience with Banga and Banga 2. He also developed at BE1 Nacionalinė Futbolo Akademija, where his centre-back role was further established. Jurjonas subsequently spent a developmental period with Salernitana U19 in Italy, making seven appearances in Primavera 2. He returned to Lithuania, representing Kauno Žalgiris II before progressing to the Kauno Žalgiris senior squad. In 2025, he contributed to a defensive unit that recorded eight clean sheets across 18 matches, while also registering one goal and two assists. Internationally, Jurjonas has represented Lithuania at under-18 and under-21 level, including European Championship qualifying matches for the U21s. At 184 centimetres, Eduardas Jurjonas offers a tall central-defensive profile as he continues his development with Kauno Žalgiris.
