Euan East

Euan East is a Scottish defender born in Paisley on 5 July 2000. He began playing with St Peters Boys Club before joining St Mirren’s academy at the age of seven. East spent roughly a decade in the St Mirren system, developing there until his departure at 17 in search of senior football. He then moved into junior football with Johnstone Burgh for the 2017–18 season. East subsequently joined Queen’s Park, where he was used primarily as a substitute during his time at Hampden. His later career took him to Linfield, where the defender has been described as a versatile, ball-playing centre-back after earlier developing as a forward. At Linfield, East has continued his progression into a more established defensive role.
