Ellis Darren Chapman

Ellis Darren Chapman is an English midfielder born in Lincoln. He developed at Lincoln City before joining Leicester City in 2016, then returning to the Imps a year later. Chapman made his senior Lincoln debut against Everton U23s in October 2017, aged 16. He was part of Lincoln’s squads that won the EFL Trophy in 2017–18 and League Two in 2018–19. In 2020, he joined Cheltenham Town, helping them win League Two in his first season and gaining experience in England’s professional divisions. Chapman moved to Sligo Rovers in 2024, scoring nine goals in 34 appearances during the campaign. He is listed with Derry City, continuing a career that has taken him from academy football in England to senior competition in Ireland.
