Elliot Anderson

Elliot Anderson is a central midfielder born in Whitley Bay, England, and representing Scotland internationally. He developed with Wallsend Boys Club before joining Newcastle United’s academy at eight. In 2022, Newcastle loaned Anderson to Bristol Rovers, where he scored eight goals in 21 League Two appearances during their promotion campaign. After returning to St James’ Park, he became a first-team squad player before moving to Nottingham Forest in July 2024. At Forest, Anderson developed into a starting central midfielder and made his Europa League debut during the 2025–26 season. He represented Scotland from under-16 to under-21 level and was called into the senior squad in 2023 without winning a cap. In September 2025, Anderson switched to England and debuted against Andorra, adding an international chapter to his progression.
