Erlingur Agnarsson
Erlingur Agnarsson is an Icelandic attacking midfielder born on 5 March 1998. He developed in the Víkingur Reykjavík system and joined the club’s senior setup as a teenager in 2015. Agnarsson also represented Iceland at under-19 and under-21 level, progressing through the national youth pathway. At Víkingur, he has operated centrally, on the right wing and between the lines, contributing to build-up play while supporting the team’s pressing game. His senior career has brought league titles in 2021, 2023 and 2025, plus Icelandic Cup successes between 2019 and 2023 and Super Cup wins in 2022 and 2024. He has featured in European qualifying and league-stage campaigns, including Víkingur’s 3–1 Conference League victory over Cercle Brugge in October 2024. Agnarsson remains associated with Víkingur, where his positional flexibility and steady work rate support the club domestically and in Europe.
