Emmanuel Elysee Djedje Agbadou Badobre

Emmanuel Elysee Djedje Agbadou Badobre is an Ivorian defender born in Abidjan on 17 June 1997. He developed with FC San Pedro, initially playing in midfield and appearing in the CAF Confederation Cup before moving to US Monastir in Tunisia in 2019. At Monastir, his 1.92-metre frame supported a transition into central defence. Agbadou joined Belgian side AS Eupen in September 2020 and established himself as a centre-back, scoring five goals in the 2021–22 season and being named the club’s Player of the Year. He moved to Stade de Reims in 2022, where he joined the leadership group and wore the captain’s armband. In January 2025, Agbadou transferred to Wolverhampton Wanderers, later continuing his career with Beşiktaş. He has also represented Côte d’Ivoire, adding international experience to a career built around defensive work and distribution from the back.
