May 2023 saw Don-Angelo Konadu sign his first professional contract with Ajax. On August 12, 2024, he made his professional debut for Ajax U23 in a 2-2 draw with PSV U23. On October 28, 2024, he signed a contract extension through June 2028 after impressing the first-team coach. Don-Angelo Konadu is primarily a centre-forward who can also operate as CAM or left winger, and he has represented the Netherlands at U19. In the Eredivisie and Champions League, he attacks space, checks runs, and links play with one-touch layoffs. He presses high and forces turnovers from the front.
