Davit Volkovi

Davit Volkovi is a Georgian forward, born in Tbilisi on 3 June 1995. He joined Dinamo Tbilisi in 2013 and later contributed to the club’s 2015 national-title campaign. Seeking regular football, Volkovi continued his career away from Georgia and established himself in Azerbaijan with Qabala, Zira and Sabah. At Zira and Sabah, he became a regular attacking option, operating centrally while also offering width when required. Volkovi made his Georgia debut on 11 November 2021 in a 2–0 victory over Sweden, then scored his first international goal four days later against Uzbekistan. Now listed with Zira, he brings the experience of a forward whose route from Georgian football to Azerbaijan eventually led to international recognition.
