Donart Vitija

Donart Vitija is a Kosovo defender who has represented Malisheva since joining the club from KF Flamurtari Prishtinë on 10 September 2020. Born on 25 April 2000, Vitija developed through Kosovo’s domestic football system before establishing himself in Malisheva’s senior squad. He initially served as a rotational option while adapting to top-flight football. During the 2023–24 season, he made 33 appearances and played more than 2,800 minutes for Malisheva. His performances also formed part of the club’s involvement in the 2024–25 UEFA Conference League qualifying campaign, including matches against Budućnost and Víkingur Reykjavík. Vitija received recognition with a call-up to Kosovo’s under-21 team and was an unused substitute against Albania Under-21 in 2021. In February 2026, he started at centre-back against SC Gjilani, illustrating the defensive versatility recorded in his career.
