Devis Estiven Vásquez Llach

Devis Estiven Vásquez Llach is a Colombian goalkeeper born in Barranquilla on 12 May 1998. Standing 1.95 metres tall, he developed in Colombia before moving to Paraguay and joining Club Guaraní in 2020. Vásquez made his senior debut for Guaraní in February 2021 and later became the club’s first-choice goalkeeper, featuring in domestic competition and the Copa Libertadores. His penalty-saving performances in Paraguay helped bring him to the attention of AC Milan, who signed him in January 2023. He then sought regular football on loan, making a Sheffield Wednesday debut in the EFL Cup and later spending time with Ascoli. Vásquez continued his Italian development at Empoli during the 2024–25 season, gaining Serie A experience as he competed for a place in goal. His career has taken him from Colombian development to European football, while his reach and composure remain central to his profile.
