Dujon Henriques Sterling

Dujon Henriques Sterling is an English right-back who developed at Chelsea’s academy after joining as an under-eight player. He won two UEFA Youth League titles and three FA Youth Cups with Chelsea’s youth teams, while featuring in attacking roles. Sterling made his Chelsea first-team debut against Nottingham Forest in September 2017. He then moved on loan to Coventry City in 2018–19, making 38 League One appearances, and later joined Wigan Athletic before a hamstring injury ended that spell early. He rebuilt his career through Championship loans at Blackpool and Stoke City, making 54 combined appearances across 2021–23. In May 2023, Sterling left Chelsea permanently for Rangers on a four-year contract. At Rangers, he helped defeat Aberdeen in the 2023–24 League Cup final and scored his first senior goal against Benfica in the Europa League, while his ability to cover defensive and midfield positions has made Sterling a versatile option.
