David Schnegg
David Schnegg is an Austrian left-back born in Mils bei Imst on September 29, 1998. He developed through local football before playing for SC Imst and joining WSG Wattens in January 2018. He then moved to FC Liefering and returned to WSG Tirol on loan, gaining experience in Austria's second tier. In 2021, Schnegg went abroad to Venezia, where he also spent time on loan at Crotone in Serie B. Returning home in 2022, he joined Sturm Graz and helped win the Austrian league title and two Austrian Cups. He later continued his career in MLS with D.C. United before joining Charlotte. Schnegg made his senior Austria debut against Moldova in September 2023, adding international experience to a career built on persistence and positional versatility.
