Devyne Fabian Jairo Rensch

Devyne Fabian Jairo Rensch is a Dutch right-back from Lelystad who can also operate elsewhere in defence. He began at VV Unicum before spending time in the Feyenoord and Sparta youth systems, then joined Ajax’s academy at 13. Rensch was recognised as Ajax’s best academy talent in 2020 with the Abdelhak Nouri Trophy. He made his Ajax first-team debut in November 2020 at 17 and developed into a regular under Erik ten Hag. His Amsterdam career brought three major trophies and established him in top-flight football. In January 2025, Rensch moved to AS Roma, beginning a new chapter in Serie A after his development in the Netherlands. He has also represented the Netherlands, making his senior debut in a 6–1 victory over Turkey.
