Deividas Mikelionis
Deividas Mikelionis is a Lithuanian goalkeeper born in Kaunas on 8 May 1995. He developed in the Kaunas football system before entering senior football with Kauno Žalgiris, then known as Spyris Kaunas, in January 2013. Mikelionis established himself in domestic competition and made 29 league appearances in 2015. In February 2017, he joined Atlantas Klaipėda on loan, gaining experience in UEFA Europa League qualifying before returning to Kaunas later that year. Since then, he has remained with Kauno Žalgiris and represented the club in UEFA Europa League and Conference League qualifying campaigns. His performances earned him a first call-up to the Lithuania senior national team in October 2020. Mikelionis helped Kauno Žalgiris win the Lithuanian A Lyga title in 2025 and the Lithuanian Super Cup in 2026, adding a decorated recent chapter to his long career.
