Dario Nicola Marzino
Dario Nicola Marzino is a Swiss goalkeeper born in Thun on 19 September 1996. He developed with hometown clubs Dürrenast and FC Thun before joining the BSC Young Boys academy in 2012. From 2013 to 2019, Marzino gained regular experience with Young Boys II in the Promotion League and also represented Switzerland at under-20 level. He entered the Young Boys senior squad in 2015, initially serving as a reserve goalkeeper. On 3 August 2020, he made his professional debut as a late substitute in a 3–1 win over St Gallen, replacing Marco Wölfli in the veteran goalkeeper’s final match. Marzino then spent 2020–21 on loan at FC Winterthur, playing 33 league matches and two Swiss Cup games, before joining FC Schaffhausen on loan in 2021–22. He returned to Young Boys in 2022, continuing his career with the Bern club.
