Deividas Malžinskas

Deividas Malžinskas is a Lithuanian centre-back who plays for Banga. Born in 1999, he developed in Vilnius Football School before moving into senior football with Vilniaus Vytis in 2017. He later joined FK Trakai, subsequently known as FK Riteriai, and established himself in Lithuania’s top division during the 2020–2022 period. At TransINVEST Vilnius, Malžinskas was part of the club’s rise through the Lithuanian league system in 2023–2024. He moved to Banga in January 2025, adding experience in domestic competition and European qualifying football. As a right-footed defender standing 1.84 metres, he contributes through aerial duels, clearances and direct passing from the back. Malžinskas has also covered full-back positions when required and represented Lithuania at under-21 level. Banga remains his current club, continuing a career built in Lithuanian football.
