Denis Huseinbašić

Denis Huseinbašić is a central midfielder born in Erbach, Germany, on 3 July 2001. He began at FSV Erbach before joining SV Darmstadt 98 in 2011 and Eintracht Frankfurt in 2013, where he developed through 2017. In 2018, Huseinbašić moved to Kickers Offenbach and recorded 58 senior appearances, nine goals and seven assists between 2020 and 2022. His performances earned a move to 1. FC Köln in July 2022, where he made his professional debut against VfL Wolfsburg on 3 September and scored his first professional goal against Borussia Mönchengladbach. He also featured in the UEFA Europa Conference League and helped Köln win the 2. Bundesliga title in 2025. Huseinbašić represented Germany at under-21 level before making his senior debut for Bosnia and Herzegovina in June 2024, and he is now listed with SC Braga.
