Dominique Guidi

Dominique Guidi is a French defender born in Porto-Vecchio on 6 February 1996. He developed in Corsican football and joined Furiani-Agliani in 2016, building experience in the regional divisions. Guidi moved into the professional game with Gazelec FC Ajaccio in 2018. He made his professional debut in a 1–1 Ligue 2 draw with Paris FC on 27 July 2018, then scored against Red Star in the same competition later that season. In 2020, Bastia signed Guidi as their first recruit after returning to the Championnat National. He helped Bastia win the National title in 2021 and regain professional status. A central defender, Guidi has been associated with Bastia through positioning, aerial challenges and committed work in the back line.
