Diego García Murillo
Diego García Murillo is an American midfielder born in Denver on October 17, 2006. After moving to Ciudad Juárez, he developed across the border and joined El Paso Locomotive FC Academy in 2019. García made his professional debut for El Paso Locomotive in the USL Championship against LA Galaxy II on his 15th birthday, becoming the club’s youngest player to appear. In March 2023, he joined North Texas SC, entering the FC Dallas development system in MLS NEXT Pro. During the 2024 season, García helped North Texas win the MLS NEXT Pro Cup and became the youngest player in club history to reach 50 appearances. FC Dallas signed him to a Homegrown contract on January 9, 2025. García has also been involved with the United States under-19 men’s national team.
