David Marc Michel Douline

David Marc Michel Douline is a French midfielder born in Grenoble on 28 May 1993. He developed through French football with Chasselay MDA, Evian TG and Rodez, building experience before moving to Switzerland. Douline joined Servette FC on 1 July 2021, beginning a new stage in his career at top-flight level. At the Geneva club, he has been used primarily as a holding midfielder, protecting the defence and helping connect possession from the back line into midfield. His game is associated with positional discipline, anticipation and efficient short distribution, rather than risk-taking play. Douline also gained European experience with Servette during the 2023–24 Europa League campaign, including a full appearance in the 1–1 draw at Sheriff Tiraspol. He remains part of Servette’s squad, where his experience supports the midfield structure.
