Denzel De Roeve

Denzel De Roeve is a Belgian defender who operates primarily at right-back. Born on 10 August 2004, he developed at Club Brugge after joining the academy in 2015 and progressed into Club NXT, the club’s professional under-23 side. That pathway gave De Roeve experience in senior football before he moved to Brann in Norway on 3 March 2025. At Brann, he has been used not only on the right side of defence but also as a defensive or central midfielder, reflecting his positional flexibility. His role combines defending the flank with helping build play through central areas when the team has possession. During the 2025 Eliteserien season, De Roeve made 28 appearances, scoring three goals and supplying two assists. He subsequently gained European experience with Brann, including matches in the 2025–26 Europa League, as his career continued to develop.
