Diabé Bolumbu

Diabé Bolumbu is a French defender who developed through Antony Sports, the Paris Saint-Germain academy, Antony, and FC Gobelins before joining SM Caen in 2020. At Caen, he progressed from the youth setup into Caen II, gaining experience in the French reserve and National 3 system. Bolumbu then moved toward senior football, entering Caen’s first-team picture and making professional appearances during the 2023–25 period. He remains linked with both Caen and Caen II as he continues his development within the club. Primarily a left-back, Diabé Bolumbu has also been used on the left side of midfield and on the right flank when required. His international pathway included France’s Under-18 team, with which he won the 2022 Mediterranean Games, followed by a France Under-20 call-up in August 2023.
